Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 1-3 days processing time once your order has been confirmed. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 2pm EST will be begin processing same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive an email with an order status and an email providing tracking information once item has been shipped. Domestic orders can be shipped UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver. We ship world wide. Please make note, UPS does not ship to P.O Boxes.
Jon Marc|Seven Curves offers FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $200 for United States orders only. Shipping Upgrades and Orders Under $200, rates are listed on checkout page. We ship directly from Maryland, USA.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction with purchase. If for some reason there's a need to return an item(s), all returns and exchanges are accepted** on merchandise within 14 days of receiving order. Returns within 1-7 days of receiving will be issued a refund providing the below requirements are followed. Returns within 8-14 days of receiving will be issued a credit to use online providing the below requirements are followed.
*Please send a request to orders@JonMarcCollection.com with a brief explanation why a return is being requested, an approval receipt number will be emailed. Please print and include it with returning item(s).* This is the only way items will be accepted.
**Items MUST NOT BE WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL original tags attached. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
**Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted and remaining balance will be credited as well as online credits that are issued.

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. Jon Marc|Seven Curves will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.
Once items are received and inspected an exchange or refund will be issued to original payment method. Credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five business days.
Jon Marc|Seven Curves reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet the requirements listed above. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.

All custom orders are completed on a first comes first serve scheduling. Our completion time for a custom order garment is typically 2-4 weeks based on the design of the garment and fabrication availability. Rush orders (special and custom orders needed prior to the specified completion time) are subject to an additional 30% order fee.
To confirm your order, please submit measurement to orders@JonMarCollection.com. Special Orders are not confirmed until your measurements are received. Once your measurements are received, you are contracting services with a representative of Jon Marc|Seven Curves for the completion of special order garment(s).
